Question
How to solve quality problems during die cutting processing?
Die-cutting processing has indeed played a significant role in our daily lives, but when using die-cutting machines for this task, some small problems may arise. Unlike other equipment, it is very professional when problems occur. At the same time, our professional technical personnel need to conduct troubleshooting before carrying out repair work, in order to make it more convenient for everyone to repair die-cutting processing equipment in their daily work, The following questions are all common, and the current solution is introduced for everyone to learn.
1、 For the situation where the bottom paper of the product is punched or continuously damaged
In general, there are two main situations that occur during die cutting processing. One is complete punching, and the other is local punching. The first thing to understand is whether the knives on the mold used are sharp enough, and the other is to check whether the pressure generated by the die cutting machine during operation is unstable. If the pressure is unstable, the machine must be stopped, After adjustment, check the pressure stability of the machine; For local punching problems, it is necessary to check whether there are too many things padded in the local area. Generally, only two layers of adhesive tape need to be padded, and some relatively hard cushion templates, such as electric wooden boards or acrylic boards, can also be selected.
2、 The products processed by die-cutting have deformation
The deformation may be due to insufficient tension control, so it is important to check the dimensions of the products processed by the mold before processing, and also to check whether the pad cotton used is suitable; Especially when it comes to tension control, it is important to note that if the tension of the material used is not sufficient, the processed product may experience shrinkage, which can cause deformation during die cutting.
3、 When processing products such as small edges, there is deformation of the product
Some people have to ask, but it's not mentioned that this situation has already been introduced, how can it be said again? In fact, the deformation properties of small edge products are different from those of large items. Therefore, we will introduce them separately. Because the edge distance of the processed products is very small, punching methods are used during the die-cutting process. The disadvantage of this method is that it is difficult to control the size, such as inaccurate positioning or displacement of the produced products, So in order to prevent deformation of products with small edges, you can first plant the required dimensions into the mold for testing, and then proceed with processing if there are no problems.
